One important discovery, thus far, is what we see happen whenever a clock-hands identity (eg. 10/9/1) is replaced with an equivalent variable

Let's start with a random identity (or "number"). How about 1205?

1205* sec = 20.0833333 min (see below)
Remember, 20083 has a palindrome fingerprint of 283**. Watch what happens in the next frame!
12/0/5* hands same as 12/12/5 (see below)
12125 sec = 202.0833333 min (see below)
Again, 202083 also has a palindrome fingerprint of 283**!

Let's try another number. How about 1206?

Here again, 201 has a palindrome fingerprint of 21**. Again, watch what happens in the next frame.
12/0/6* hands same as 12/12/6 (see below)
12126 sec = 202.1 min (see below)
2021 also has a palindrome fingerprint of 21**
For the second time, when we theorize the "0" hand as being equaled to the "12" hand, we have a perfect "mathematical" unity with its related pair (in this case, 1206 & 12126 are a related pair)
NOTE: This happens consistently in Clock Numerology. Although, I just now made a thread about it for documentation. Other numbers that show this anamoly are 1201;1202;1203;1204;1205;1206;1207;1208;1209;7202;12303.
More numbers may or may not be added in the future.

NOTE: So, not only does this anomaly occur in the first set of examples, but also occurs with other numbers using Rule#2 & 8.
